What Revitalises Me - Expanding my ability to receive Pleasure

I love growing flowers and crafting tea blends, drinking tea slowly on my balcony and lying in my hammock gazing up into the trees and listening to neighbourhood dogs barking, birds talking, my breath in and out.

My spice and herb cupboard is ridiculously stocked and I collect cookbooks from around the world. Make my own body oils infused with herbs I’ve grown. I love to tickle my arm and move my body to eclectic playlists. I love being barefoot.

Too many sunny days in a row bum me out; I crave thunderstorms and mist to cosy up with a cake I’ve baked in the oven and walk through the forest in the rain.

I love to hang out with women, especially Leia, my partner in business and I’m lucky enough to be her earth Mama, as we watch sunrises, share breakfast and share our lives.

I love to support women who, like me, “cannot sit still or relax” and learn to luxuriate in rest and softness (without pushing or should-ing on ourselves).

Hello you! I am grateful you are here. So, how did MTR come to be?For me, the self-care practice of Yoni Steaming became a new way to bleed/cycle/inhabit my feminine body. This blossomed into the herbal mecca that is Moontime Rituals. The realisation - I could ritualise healing at home, using herbs was empowering. I started to take responsibility for my own health. The shift in my wellbeing, creativity and mental state was transformative. I look forward to journeying into the herbal realm with you. You are the ritual - the herbs help.
