Anyone can steam

Bowl or a
pot made of either ceramic, stainless steel (uncoated)or glass . -
Filtered wateror spring water (our choice) depending on your vessel 500ml - 1 litre will be plenty. -
The cushions are for your knees, arms, and hips. You want to be comfortable, so use as many asnecessary. -
Books. These prop the steam vesselto theappropriate height for your setup. 1 - 3 sturdy books should do it, justdon't make an Eifel Tower out ofbooks and top it with hot herbs - ouch!

away devices such as phones, TV's, laptops, work,kids, or any other distractions -make this a deeply personal experience. This practice has many added benefits when we respect the ancient roots of the ritual &explore within. Ourbodies will tell us a story.
Now to prepare your Yoni Steam water & herbs;

Measure herb dosage (back of your packet) and place in your cooking pot. -
Pour 500ml - 1litre of filtered/spring water into the same pot as your herbs and bring to a boil.

Once your herbs have come to a
boil, simmer for 5 - 10 minutes, depending on yourherbal formula (each of ourpractitioner-formulated blends has a dosage & cook time). Once you have correctly prepared yourherbs, leave them to coolwith a lid on to preserve all of the potency.Cooling down time varies from person to person anywhere from 3 - 10 minutes.Each person has their own preference as to the temperature of their steam. -
Next is to set yourself up on the floor with your cushions under your knees, a towel around your steam vessel, kneel down on your cushions legs comfortably apart and either sit upright or enter a supportedchild's pose. -
